Implementation Process
The executive profiles lacked creator mode activation, profile pictures, and optimized cover photos for LinkedIn.
Drawing from our experience with various B2B brands, we recognized the effectiveness of GaryVee’s “Hook Hook Jab” framework. To address their low engagement attributed to excessive promotion, we shifted our strategy. Instead of solely featuring Tidyhire tool videos, we began posting insightful content aligning with recruiters’ interests under each executive’s personal brand. This resulted in increased website visits, profile page views, company page visits, and signups.

Results and Outcomes
TidyHire needed a scalable strategy to drive signups and engagement, and our multi-channel approach delivered significant results. Through LinkedIn organic content, we drove 500+ website signups, positioning TidyHire as a go-to platform for job seekers. To further boost demand, we executed targeted outreach for three high-impact webinars over eight months, each attracting 200 to 500 live attendees—a testament to the strong interest we generated. Additionally, our strategic outreach and ad campaigns not only amplified webinar attendance but also fueled overall demand generation, creating a steady pipeline of engaged users. By combining organic and paid efforts, we helped TidyHire turn recruiters into active users, reinforcing their market presence and accelerating growth.
