Usermaven is an AI-based analytics platform for SaaS companies that captures a customer’s journey from acquisition to churn. They have specific features that make it easy for SaaS companies to track KPIs and integrate with AI to make product metrics a breeze.

Existing competition that are VC-funded startups and big tech giants like Google and Mixpanel being in the space makes it harder for startups to penetrate and compete with existing players.
Every SaaS had an existing CRM and tool, so a technical challenge involved training staff to migrate to the newer (but much easier) platform.
